Clare Schwarz

Clinical Director

Clare brings two decades of experience in the mental health and disability sectors. Her journey began with a simple desire to do work that matters, helping people live better lives.

Clare trained as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the UK, where she also obtained a degree in Mental Health Practice and a master’s degree in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

With a rich background in supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities and neurodivergent disorders, Positive Behaviour Support was a natural transition for her, as the role allows Clare to weave her broad skill set into the person-centred, holistic approach to care she values.

Outside the office, Clare values her time with family and friends, and since moving from the UK in 2010, she has developed a passion for the Australian outdoor lifestyle.
